The Classic Victoria
The Victoria is our pride and joy, It is a traditional carriage Built in 1892 and seats   up to four   adults. It is   painted in king green and looks stunning at any venue. The carriage originally came from Germany and was used many times for weddings and pleasure drives. The Victoria   can be decorated in your own style or can be dressed traditionally by our local florist. The Victoria can be used with the hood up or down as per the weather conditions or the clients choice.








- The Glass Landau
Tartan Carriages is proud to anounce our new Glass Landau Carriage to our line up. She is dark green/black as per our other carriages, with black leather interior and fully closing door. even with the top up and the doors shut everyone can still see the bride clearly. The top also folds down as required for the summer.
For the winter weddings the Carriage has its own heating system to keep you both warm and feeling happy.

The wagonette

The opened top country vehicle.
The Waggonette was built in Poland for Hansmeier of Kellertal (Germany). Herr Hansmeier drove for Germany in many International competitions, so he knows a thing or to. The wagonette can seat four adults in the back comfortably and one with the driver. So if it is a picnic or a drive through the country   your after then this is the carriage for you. It is built with comfort in mind and a chasis to deal with the most demanding of terain.






Head dress feathers

We dress our horses with white Ostrich feathers to give your day that extra WOW factor, or you can chose from our selection.

Remember - Only with Tartan Carriages, do you have your carriage pulled by 2 horses as standard, with your chosen flowing plummes as an extra touch, you know you will delite your guests.

Classic Victoria Service - 
*              £170 Gretna Green Pick ups and Venues - World Famous Blacksmiths / Gretna Hall / Gretna old Parish
*              £20 for a second pick up.

*              £180 Gretna Venues
*              £20 - £30 - for an extra pick up* Check for availability. not available on some routes.

*              £210 Gretna Green to the Mill at Kirkpatrick Flemming. (5 Miles round trip). Allow suficient time
*              £230 Gretna pickups to the Mill at kirkpatrick (6 - 6 1/2 Miles round trip). Allow sufficient time / we may offer you our pick up service as part of the journey.

*              £180 Mill at Kirkpatrick Special round trip wedding.
              * We pick up the bride and guests in the carriage before the wedding and treat them to a short drive.
              * After the ceremony and photos we take the bride and groom of for a romantic drive for 20 minutes.
